Ronald has received numerous academic achievement awards. Such awards include; Who's Who in Law, Who's Who Among American Law Students, All-American Scholar Award, Texas Leader of the Future Award, 2001 NAACP Alex Award for Legal Excellence, YMCA Minority Achievement Award and the African-American Business Pinnacle Award.
Ronald is currently president of the Houston Lawyers Association and an active member of numerous professional organizations, including, Houston Bar Association - Labor and Employment Law Section, American Bar Association - Labor and Employment Law Section, Houston Employment Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, Houston Lawyers Association, Harris County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, National Bar Association, NAACP, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Areas of practice include: Employment Law and Personal Injury Law. Ronald's concentration is in the area of Employment Discrimination. Specifically, employment discrimination includes, race, sex, age and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. He has conducted numerous seminars on employment law. Ronald has also worked with the EEOC in representing individuals who have been discriminated against.
Ronald is also an Associate Municipal Judge for the City of Houston and an adjunct professor at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. With respect to personal injury, he handles Automobile Accidents, Truck Accidents, and Wrongful death cases.
Ronald has extensive experience handling both Employment law and Personal Injury cases at the state and federal level. He is committed to providing competent and economical services to his clients. Ronald has a passion for representing those whom have been disadvantaged or discriminated against. He believes that everyone should be treated equally regardless of race, education or wealth.
